擺動式液壓缸
擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式液壓缸(gang)是輸出扭矩并實(shi)現往(wang)復運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的執行元(yuan)件,有單葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)、雙葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)、螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等幾種(zhong)形式。葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)式式:定子塊固定在(zai)缸(gang)體上,而葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)和轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)子連接在(zai)一起。根據(ju)進油方(fang)向,葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)將帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)子作(zuo)往(wang)復擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式又(you)分單螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和雙螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)兩種(zhong),現在(zai)雙螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)比較常用,靠(kao)兩個螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)副降液壓缸(gang)內活塞的直線(xian)(xian)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)變為(wei)直線(xian)(xian)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)與自轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的復he運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),從而實(shi)現擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。





線形、帶形密(mi)封材料的纏繞方法如果不對,密(mi)封帶將(jiang)被切斷,隨著進入(ru)缸內。線帶形密(mi)封件對滑動(dong)部分的繞接(jie)不會造(zao)成什么影響(xiang),但是會引(yin)起(qi)缸的單向(xiang)閥(fa)動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)不靈(ling)或造(zao)成緩沖調節閥(fa)不能(neng)調到底;對回路來說,可(ke)能(neng)引(yin)起(qi)換向(xiang)閥(fa)、溢流(liu)閥(fa)和減壓閥(fa)的動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)失靈(ling)。
傳統(tong)的(de)修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)復(fu)(fu)(fu)方法是將損壞的(de)部件進行(xing)(xing)拆卸后的(de)外協(xie)修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)復(fu)(fu)(fu),或是進行(xing)(xing)刷鍍或是進行(xing)(xing)表面的(de)整(zheng)體刮(gua)研(yan),修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)復(fu)(fu)(fu)周(zhou)期液壓缸缸體劃(hua)傷修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)復(fu)(fu)(fu)長,修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)復(fu)(fu)(fu)費(fei)用高。
現象(一(yi)):串(chuan)漏
原因:
1.壓(ya)力(li)(li)迅速上升或(huo)者缸(gang)壁膨脹,油液(ye)進入間隙,壓(ya)力(li)(li)形成對密(mi)封的(de)下行作用,串漏形成
2.密封環未設計(ji)泄壓槽
防止措施:
1.密封(feng)環設計留有泄壓槽,油液通過泄壓槽,填充溝(gou)槽從而壓縮O形圈,產生密封(feng)
原因:
1.運動速度太快(kuai)
2.有偏心(xin)運(yun)動
3.滑(hua)動(dong)面粗糙度不均勻
4.安(an)裝時(shi)扭轉
防止措施:
1.改用唇形密封
2.消除偏(pian)心運動(dong)
3.修(xiu)改(gai)滑動面粗(cu)糙度
4.注意安裝
現象(三):過渡壓縮
原因:
1.溝槽設計不合理導致壓(ya)縮率太大:沒有考慮到材料由(you)于熱(re)量及化(hua)學(xue)介(jie)質引(yin)起的變形,或(huo)由(you)于壓(ya)力過大引(yin)起
防止措施:
1.溝槽的設計應(ying)考慮到材料(liao)由于溫度及化學(xue)介質引起的變形
