活塞式液(ye)壓(ya)缸的工作原理

、液壓缸低速爬行的現象(xiang)
液壓(ya)缸的(de)活塞桿在(zai)油(you)壓(ya)的(de)作用下伸(shen)出或(huo)縮回時(shi),經(jing)常(chang)出現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)速度不(bu)均勻現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)象,并(bing)(bing)有時(shi)伴有振動(dong)(dong)和異響,從而引(yin)(yin)起(qi)整個液壓(ya)系統(tong)的(de)振動(dong)(dong),并(bing)(bing)帶動(dong)(dong)主(zhu)機其它部(bu)件(jian)振動(dong)(dong),在(zai)主(zhu)機調試過程中經(jing)常(chang)出現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),有時(shi)速度快了,這(zhe)種(zhong)現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)象會減輕。除因液壓(ya)系統(tong)管路引(yin)(yin)起(qi)這(zhe)種(zhong)現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)象以(yi)外,液壓(ya)缸自身(shen)產(chan)生的(de)振動(dong)(dong)也經(jing)常(chang)引(yin)(yin)發此類現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)象。
原因分析
液(ye)壓缸有(you)桿腔和無桿腔存(cun)有(you)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)而產生的(de)(de)低(di)速爬(pa)行,由于氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)混(hun)在(zai)液(ye)壓油中,在(zai)壓力的(de)(de)作用(yong)下,容(rong)器內體(ti)(ti)積變化,在(zai)高壓作用(yong)下甚(shen)至發生氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)瞬間,從而引起液(ye)壓缸的(de)(de)速度不穩定。
零部件(jian)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)精度(du)的(de)影響問題(ti),在液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)的(de)制(zhi)造(zao)過程中應嚴格控(kong)制(zhi)缸(gang)體(ti)內壁(bi)和(he)活塞桿表(biao)面加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)精度(du),特別是幾何精度(du),尤其(qi)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)度(du)是關鍵,在國(guo)(guo)內加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝中,活塞桿表(biao)面的(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)基(ji)本上是車后磨(mo)削,保證(zheng)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)度(du)問題(ti)不大,但(dan)對于(yu)(yu)缸(gang)體(ti)內壁(bi)的(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),其(qi)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)方法很多,有(you)(you)鏜削-滾壓(ya)、鏜削-珩磨(mo)、直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)珩磨(mo)等(deng)(deng),但(dan)由于(yu)(yu)國(guo)(guo)內材料(liao)的(de)基(ji)礎(chu)水平較國(guo)(guo)外有(you)(you)差距,管材坯料(liao)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)度(du)差,壁(bi)厚(hou)不均勻、硬度(du)不均勻等(deng)(deng)因素,往(wang)往(wang)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)影響缸(gang)體(ti)內壁(bi)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)后的(de)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)度(du),因此建(jian)議(yi)采(cai)用(yong)鏜削-滾壓(ya)、鏜削-珩磨(mo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝,如直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)珩磨(mo),則必須(xu)首先提高管材坯料(liao)的(de)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)度(du)。

在允許(xu)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下,液壓缸的(de)缸體(ti)壁厚安全系(xi)數盡量選大一些,使缸體(ti)厚壁增加,特別是(shi)高(gao)壓工況(kuang)下使用的(de)油缸,以減小油壓下的(de)缸體(ti)變形,變形后(hou)的(de)缸體(ti)也(ye)會引起液壓缸低速爬行(xing)。
