擺動式液壓缸
擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)液壓缸是輸出扭矩(ju)并實(shi)現(xian)往復運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)執行元件,有單(dan)(dan)葉片(pian)(pian)、雙葉片(pian)(pian)、螺(luo)旋(xuan)擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等幾種形式(shi)(shi)(shi)。葉片(pian)(pian)式(shi)(shi)(shi)式(shi)(shi)(shi):定(ding)子塊固定(ding)在缸體上,而葉片(pian)(pian)和轉子連(lian)接(jie)在一(yi)起。根據進油方向,葉片(pian)(pian)將帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉子作往復擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。螺(luo)旋(xuan)擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)又分(fen)單(dan)(dan)螺(luo)旋(xuan)擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和雙螺(luo)旋(xuan)兩種,現(xian)在雙螺(luo)旋(xuan)比較常用,靠兩個(ge)螺(luo)旋(xuan)副降(jiang)液壓缸內活塞(sai)的(de)直線運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉變為直線運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)與自轉運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)復he運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),從而實(shi)現(xian)擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。





(1)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)芯卡(ka)(ka)住或閥(fa)(fa)(fa)孔(kong)(kong)堵(du)塞。當(dang)流(liu)量閥(fa)(fa)(fa)或方(fang)向閥(fa)(fa)(fa)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)芯卡(ka)(ka)住或閥(fa)(fa)(fa)孔(kong)(kong)堵(du)塞時,液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)缸易發生誤動作(zuo)或動作(zuo)失靈。此(ci)時應檢(jian)查油液(ye)的(de)(de)污(wu)染情況(kuang);檢(jian)查臟(zang)物(wu)或膠(jiao)質沉淀物(wu)是否(fou)卡(ka)(ka)住閥(fa)(fa)(fa)芯或堵(du)塞閥(fa)(fa)(fa)孔(kong)(kong);檢(jian)查閥(fa)(fa)(fa)體的(de)(de)磨損(sun)情況(kuang),清(qing)洗(xi)、更(geng)換系統過濾器,清(qing)洗(xi)油箱,更(geng)換液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)介質。
(2)活(huo)塞(sai)桿與缸筒(tong)卡住或液壓(ya)缸堵塞(sai)。此時無論(lun)如何操縱,液壓(ya)缸都不動作或動作甚微(wei)。這(zhe)時應檢查活(huo)塞(sai)及活(huo)塞(sai)桿密封(feng)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)太緊(jin),是(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)進入臟物及膠(jiao)質沉淀物:活(huo)塞(sai)桿與缸筒(tong)的軸(zhou)心線是(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)對中,易損件(jian)和密封(feng)件(jian)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)失效,所(suo)帶負(fu)荷(he)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)太大。
現(xian)象(一):串漏
原因:
1.壓力(li)迅速上(shang)升或者缸壁膨脹(zhang),油液進入間隙,壓力(li)形成(cheng)對密封的下行(xing)作用,串漏形成(cheng)
2.密封環未設計泄壓槽(cao)
防止措施:
1.密(mi)封(feng)(feng)環設計留有泄(xie)(xie)壓(ya)槽,油液通過泄(xie)(xie)壓(ya)槽,填充溝(gou)槽從(cong)而壓(ya)縮O形圈,產生(sheng)密(mi)封(feng)(feng)
原因:
1.運(yun)動速度太快
2.有偏心運(yun)動
3.滑動面(mian)粗(cu)糙度不均(jun)勻(yun)
4.安裝時(shi)扭轉
防止措施:
1.改用唇形密封(feng)
2.消除偏心運動
3.修改滑動面粗(cu)糙度(du)
4.注意安裝
現象(三):過渡壓縮
原因:
1.溝(gou)槽設計不合理導致壓縮率太大(da):沒有考慮(lv)到(dao)材料(liao)由于熱量及(ji)化學介(jie)質引起的變形,或由于壓力過大(da)引起
防止措施:
1.溝槽的設計應(ying)考慮到材料由于溫度及(ji)化學介(jie)質引起的變形
