液壓制動(dong)(dong)系統產生制動(dong)(dong)效能不良(liang)的原因,一(yi)般(ban)可根(gen)據制動(dong)(dong)踏板(ban)行程(俗稱高、低)、踏制動(dong)(dong)踏板(ban)時的軟硬感覺、踏下制動(dong)(dong)踏板(ban)后的穩定性以及邊疆多腳(jiao)制動(dong)(dong)時踏板(ban)高度來判(pan)斷。
1.一般制(zhi)動時踏板高度太(tai)低zhi動效(xiao)能不良。如連續兩腳(jiao)或(huo)幾腳(jiao)制(zhi)動,踏板高度隨這高且制(zhi)動效(xiao)能好轉,說明制(zhi)動鼓與(yu)磨(mo)擦(ca)片或(huo)總(zong)泵活(huo)塞(sai)與(yu)推桿的(de)間隙過(guo)大。
2維持制(zhi)動(dong)時,踏板的高(gao)度若緩慢或(huo)迅速下降,說明制(zhi)動(dong)管路某處裂紋、接(jie)頭密閉不良或(huo)分(fen)泵皮碗密封(feng)不良,其(qi)回(hui)位彈(dan)簧過軟或(huo)折(zhe)斷,或(huo)總(zong)泵皮碗、皮圈密封(feng)不良,回(hui)油閥及出油閥不良。可首先(xian)踏下制(zhi)動(dong)踏板,觀察有無制(zhi)動(dong)液滲漏(lou)部(bu)位。若外部(bu)正常,則應(ying)檢(jian)查分(fen)泵或(huo)總(zong)泵故(gu)障。
