缸筒和缸蓋
一般來說,缸(gang)(gang)(gang)筒(tong)(tong)和缸(gang)(gang)(gang)蓋的結(jie)構(gou)形(xing)式(shi)和其使(shi)用的材料有關(guan)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)作壓(ya)力p<10MPa時(shi)(shi),使(shi)用鑄鐵;p<20MPa時(shi)(shi),使(shi)用無(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)(gang)管;p>20MPa時(shi)(shi),使(shi)用鑄鋼(gang)(gang)或鍛鋼(gang)(gang)。法(fa)蘭連接(jie)式(shi),結(jie)構(gou)簡(jian)單,容易(yi)(yi)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong),也(ye)容易(yi)(yi)裝拆(chai),但外(wai)形(xing)尺寸和重量都較(jiao)大(da),常(chang)用于鑄鐵制的缸(gang)(gang)(gang)筒(tong)(tong)上。半(ban)環(huan)連接(jie)式(shi),它(ta)的缸(gang)(gang)(gang)筒(tong)(tong)壁部(bu)因(yin)開了環(huan)形(xing)槽(cao)而削弱了強度,為此有時(shi)(shi)要加(jia)厚(hou)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)壁,它(ta)容易(yi)(yi)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)和裝拆(chai),重量較(jiao)輕(qing),常(chang)用于無(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)(gang)管或鍛鋼(gang)(gang)制的缸(gang)(gang)(gang)筒(tong)(tong)上。螺紋連接(jie)式(shi),它(ta)的缸(gang)(gang)(gang)筒(tong)(tong)端(duan)部(bu)結(jie)構(gou)復雜,外(wai)徑(jing)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)時(shi)(shi)要求保證(zheng)內(nei)外(wai)徑(jing)同心,裝拆(chai)要使(shi)用工(gong)(gong)(gong)具,它(ta)的外(wai)形(xing)尺寸和重量都較(jiao)小(xiao),常(chang)用于無(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)(gang)管或鑄鋼(gang)(gang)制的缸(gang)(gang)(gang)筒(tong)(tong)上。拉(la)桿(gan)連接(jie)式(shi),結(jie)構(gou)的通用性大(da),容易(yi)(yi)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)和裝拆(chai),但外(wai)形(xing)尺寸較(jiao)大(da),且較(jiao)重。焊接(jie)連接(jie)式(shi),結(jie)構(gou)簡(jian)單,尺寸小(xiao),但缸(gang)(gang)(gang)底處內(nei)徑(jing)不易(yi)(yi)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong),且可能引起變形(xing)。
現象(一(yi)):唇口破(po)損(sun)
原因:
1.背壓損傷
防止措施:
1.在(zai)活塞(sai)頭靠(kao)經唇口側加開泄壓孔或者改用組(zu)合類雙作用密封
現象(xiang)(二):焦(jiao)燒
原因:
1.系統內(nei)有殘留空(kong)氣在(zai)運行時,空(kong)氣在(zai)密(mi)封處聚集(ji)壓(ya)縮(suo)升溫(wen)產生密(mi)封焦燒(shao)碳化
防止措施:
1.在油缸起動(dong)之前,盡量排盡油缸內(nei)空氣
2.油缸起動時,不要(yao)立即開到高速
3.當用U形圈時在其谷部(bu)加入(ru)潤滑(hua)脂,以防空氣積累
現象(三):硬化、龜裂

原因:
1.溫度太高
2.介質與橡膠材料不相適應(ying)
3.介質變質
4.密封受(shou)潮(chao)或者在空(kong)氣(qi)中暴(bao)露時(shi)間過長超過庫存期限導致(zhi)材料老(lao)化
防止措施:
1.降低溫度,或者更換耐高溫密封件材料
2.更(geng)改介質或更(geng)改耐(nai)介質的(de)密封件(jian)材(cai)料
3.換新介質
4.不(bu)要(yao)將密封(feng)件長時間暴露在大氣中,嚴(yan)格按照密封(feng)庫存要(yao)求(qiu)對(dui)密封(feng)進行保(bao)存
